Appointments and house calls
A request made by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it. For house calls you will be given an expected arrival time and a price before the doctor sets off. Arrival times depend on distance and traffic and are given in good faith.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted before treatment begins. Payment is due at the time of the consultation, in cash, by card or by bank transfer. You receive an itemised invoice and a receipt. Reimbursement by a travel insurer is a matter between you and your insurer; we provide the documentation.
Cancellations
Tell us as soon as possible if you no longer need a visit. A doctor already travelling to you may be charged for, and that will be explained when you call.
Emergencies
This practice is not an emergency service. For anything life-threatening, call 112.

The text and images on this site belong to Oguzhan Care unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.
