A doctor at your door, not a waiting room
The visiting doctor service is the core of this practice. Instead of finding a taxi and a hospital while you are running a fever, you call and the doctor comes to you — to a hotel room, a rented villa or your own apartment.
A house call is a complete consultation. The doctor takes a history, examines you, measures temperature, blood pressure and oxygen saturation, and carries the equipment needed to treat most problems on the spot: injections, intravenous fluids, wound-care materials and rapid tests.
What can be handled in the room
Fever and infections, throat and ear infections, chest infections, stomach upsets and dehydration, urinary infections, allergic reactions and stings, sunburn and heat illness, cuts needing cleaning or closure, sprains, and back pain. Prescriptions are written on the spot and are valid in any Turkish pharmacy.

When it is not enough
Some problems need an X-ray, a scan, surgery or admission. When that is the case we say so immediately, explain why, and arrange the right hospital — including making the call and dealing with the language.
Response times
Typically 30–60 minutes in Alanya centre, Oba, Cikcilli, Tosmur and Kestel. Longer for Mahmutlar, Konaklı, Avsallar, Payallar and Okurcalar, especially in summer traffic. You are told a realistic time, not an optimistic one.

The clinic is at Oba Mah., Fabrika Caddesi, Alanya / Antalya, Türkiye, open 09:00–19:00, seven days a week. Hotel and home visits run 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
