What we collect through this website
- Contact form. The name, telephone number, location and message you enter, so that we can respond to your request. Please do not send detailed medical history through the form — tell the doctor instead.
- Technical data. Standard server logs: IP address, browser, pages visited and time of visit, used to keep the site secure and working.
- Analytics and embedded content. Pages containing a map or other embedded service may set cookies belonging to that provider.
Medical records
Records created when you are treated are clinical records, not website data. They are kept confidential and retained for the period required by Turkish healthcare regulation. They are not shared with anyone outside your care without your consent, except where the law requires it.
Legal basis and retention
Enquiry data is processed on the basis of your request and is kept only as long as needed to deal with it. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. Clinical records are kept under the retention rules that apply to medical practice in Turkey.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to run the website and the practice, and with hospitals or laboratories involved in your care, with your knowledge.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal obligation to keep it, and object to processing. Write to us and we will respond.
