Response time depends on distance and, in July and August, on traffic. In Alanya centre, Oba, Cikcilli, Tosmur and Kestel the doctor is usually with you within 30–60 minutes. Mahmutlar, Konaklı, Avsallar, Payallar, Türkler, İncekum and Okurcalar take longer. You are told the realistic time when you call — not an optimistic one.
